About Us
The Personnel Commission of the Archdiocese of Mbarara is dedicated to ensuring fair and just treatment for all employees within the Archdiocese. Appointed for a renewable period of three years, the commission members work collaboratively to advise on personnel matters, interpret government labor policies, and ensure equity and understanding between the diocese and its employees. Their efforts include revising conditions of service, discussing recruitment strategies, and addressing any other issues referred by the Archbishop.

Caritas offers a framework through which the Church’s socio-pastoral action reaches out to people to manifest solidarity sharing and concern. Caritas Mbarara is the Social Services and Development Department of the Catholic Church of the Archdiocese of Mbarara.
